MHIKNET is 10 years old this year, and we want to know how we’re doing!
We invite all staff of Manitoba Health, Seniors & Active Living, staff of participating Regional Health Authorities, and fee-for-service physicians in Manitoba, to complete our MHIKNET Satisfaction Survey.
This survey will help us determine whether MHIKNET is currently meeting the needs of our clientele.
This survey has been approved by the University of Manitoba’s Office of Research Ethics & Compliance, and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and cannot be linked to you.
To take the survey please visit: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XTZ7WNR. Thank you for your time!
The survey closes on October 31, 2018.
